Accessibility and Availability
Neighborhood
Beautiful wooded neighborhood located right across the street from the brand new Silver Line Park and the French Broad River. You may hear some cars passing by throughout the day or our neighbor's dog bark when they arrive home from work if outside. Little noise can be heard inside the house.
Guest Access
Guests will have full access to the property, except for the owners closet which is locked. Our property is fully fenced in.

While many things are walkable near Clyde's Cottage, for your safety we recommend taking a car or Uber as there are no sidewalks on our road and the shoulder is very narrow. There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any more than two vehicles.
